”I dont usally leave reviews but i need to for this. I Love this saw even though I haven't actually used it yet. It has everything you'll need for building arrows, this thing is awesome! Now when I received the saw the box was a little beat up and unfortunately the tabs that are used to screw it down on a table where broken. Definitely NOT modsaws fault, it was all UPS. In the box came a had written note thanking me for my purchase and asking for feedback if I had any. I reached out to Ryan (on a Saturday) just as a heads up to maybe use some more bubble wrap on the ends so it doesn't happen again. I got an email back within an hour apologizing for the inconvenience and that new tabs will be sent out Monday, and that more bubble wrap will be used in the future. Awesome product and amazing customer service. I honestly wasn't even looking for new tabs or anything really. Just wanted to let them know what happened to me so maybe it wouldn't happen to anyone else. Buy with confidence you'll love this thing and they will back it up if anything happens.”
